YouTube Offers 100s of FREE Popular TV Shows | Here's How to Download Them Free

To compete with the many free streaming channels available, YouTube is now offering its own licensed TV content to watch on its platform. They have 4000+ legal TV shows that are supported by ads.
In a recent blog post here's what YouTube said about their new Free TV streaming serivce:
“To enhance the viewing experience in the living room, we’re unveiling brand new streamlined navigation and immersive banner art to help you more easily find your favorite TV shows from the comfort of the couch whether you choose to rent, purchase or watch for free with ads. Many of these titles are also now available in high definition 1080p with 5.1 surround sound audio on supported devices,”
They plan on adding another 1000 episodes each week. While these are older but still memorable shows, like Bonanza and The Dick Van Dyke Show, The Rifleman and Dennis the Menace, Hell’s Kitchen, The Prisoner, and Thunderbirds.
These shows can be watched from their app, on your phone, tablet, or favorite media players like Apple TV, Android, and Roku. Their Free movies won't play in your browser so you may need to use their app for certain shows But you can try importing the link in a media player like VLC.
They also now have 1500 full-length movies from top studios from Disney, FilmRise, Paramount, Lionsgate, and Warner Brothers. You can watch or DVR these shows Free on YouTube also. With many titles available in 1080P and 5.1 surround sound.

You can watch free TV shows and movies on YouTube from either a web browser on this page. Or, download their app on your favorite device and search for Free Movies.
They don't separate their content, so the free shows are mixed in with the paid content. But these are easy to tell apart. Under the title when you browse for content it says either Buy or Free with ads.
So be sure to have a look at YouTube to watch tons of great free-content to enjoy without expensive monthly subscription fees.
