Vevo the Music Streaming Channel Expands it's Footprint on Roku with a New Roku Channel Partnership

US Vevo channel fans are in for a treat. Vevo which has been on the Roku Channel has expanded its ad supported content with 11 more streaming channels. This will bring a ton more on demand content, including a Christmas Music channel through the end of 2021.

Other music genre channels which are being added to Vevo include the following:
  • Vevo 2K
  • Vevo ’70s
  • Vevo ’80s
  • Vevo ’90s
  • Vevo Country
  • Vevo Hip Hop
  • Vevo Latino
  • Vevo Pop
  • Vevo R&B
  • Vevo Reggaeton & Trap

They also added a Vevo Holiday a holiday music channel which will only be available until Jan 1.





Vevo Has a Massive Viewer Base


Vevo has said that across their platform on streaming, desktop and mobile devices, they reach 25 billion plus monthly views of their content. They formed the company back in 2009 as a partnership between Universal Music Group and Sony Music Entertainment.

They have been present as an on demand channel for a quite a while. But their latest expansion of their ad-supported content takes their channel into a new linear based direction with 11 streaming channels offering a diverse range of content.
