Today the Roku Originals Made their Debute on The Roku Channel
Qubi the Defunct Streaming Service Now Has Its Collection of Short Form Shows On Roku
Earlier this year we told you about Roku creating a new brand new category on their popular streaming channel "The Roku Channel" which would be home to original content not available elsewhere.
Today Roku customers or anyone who watches The Roku Channel on other devices will be able to access this content which was purchased from Qubi by Roku.
This content is all free to watch and it gives The Roku Channel even more value as a stand-alone ad-supported channel. Especially, if Roku expands this category even more and hopefully they pursue additional original content from major studios.
