More Free Streaming Apps for Nvidia SHIELD, Fire TV and PS4
Each year that goes by it seems like we need to make our money stretch even further. Using Free apps is a great way to save money!
As great as it is to subscribe to popular streaming TV services, it's just not affordable to subscribe to more than several at once.
Free Streaming Apps are a great way to supplement paid subscription apps like Netflix, Hulu, or Prime to have even more options for watching full movies and TV shows content on a cord-cutters budget.
We already have some pretty nice apps available that are free like The Roku Channel, Pluto TV, Peacock, and Vudu (which both offer limited free content) and then there is YouTube which has 100+ popular movies which are also available to watch free. (Here's where to find them)
IMDb TV is now available which offers free content from Amazon. Their app is now available on the TiVo Stream 4K, Nvidia SHIELD, LG OLED Smart TVs, and also on the PS4. It's also available on Google TV, Fire TV, and Roku.
Freedive has been available through Prime for quite a while. But now you don't need to use Prime to watch it because they came out with their own standalone app.
Or even use a Web browser to watch from a PC, MAC, or mobile devices to watch IMDb TV directly from here.

The IMDb Movies & TV app for Android offers access to over movies 4 million movies, TV Shows, trailers, interviews, and made for IMDb original content as well.
While the IMDb app is now just being launched for the Nvidia SHIELD, it's already released earlier for Roku, Fire TV, and Chromecast with Google TV. But rest assured, you won't be disappointed by the volume of free streaming TV shows and movies are available.
You can download this app right on the Google Play Store for Android or find it on Amazon App Store as well.
For Roku, add the IMDb TV channel here. On a PS4, TiVo Stream 4K, LG OLED TVs, or PS4 look for the app on the onboard store to add it directly to these devices also.
No Sig-Up Required But You May Be Missing Out on Useful Features
You can use their app directly without creating an account. But if you do create a free account, it will then give you the added benefit of having watchlists, and being able to pick up and watch your favorite shows directly where you left off. Even using different devices.

Vudu App is Now Available on Fire TV
Besides IMDb TV the free streaming TV app that rocks. Vudu just released an app for Fire TV. This also gives cord-cutters access to a ton of Free content. This app also lets you rent newer movies and TV shows. Which because of how new they are may be hard to find on other Free streaming channels.
