Tidal Channel is Now Available on Roku

Stream 60 million Plus Songs and 250,000 Music Videos With the Tidal Roku Channel

Tidal Roku Channel

Now with a Free Tidal 30/day trial you can stream a massive amount of premium or Hi-fi quality music on Roku

The Tidal channel is an artist-owned music streaming service now available on Roku. And they offer a ton of great music video and listening content.

Premium Quality Tidal Music Streaming

Tidal premium quality streams music at a bit rate of 320kbps. And for $9.99/month it's priced the same as Spotify which also offers the same bit rate. This is lossy and an MP3 in comparison has an even lower bit rate of 128kps.

High Fidelity Lossless Quality Tidal Music Streaming

Lossless CD quality is what separates Tidal from Google Play Music, Spotify, Prime Music, and others.

Amazon is working towards releasing a Hi-res music streaming service of their own that will offer an even better bit rate than CDs.

If you choose the Tidial Hi-fi high resolution streaming plan, it will play songs at CD quality bit rate of 1411kbps. And this is almost 4.5X higher than their Premium quality plan. But it also comes with a premium price which will cost $19.99/month.

Unless you are using your Roku with a high quality home theater system and not the tinny speakers built into your big screen, flat panel TV. Choosing the Tidal Hi-fi plan would be overkill.

Try either plan free for 30/days after adding the Tidal Roku Channel to your Roku.
