More Great Content From New Roku Channels!
A world-wide independent distributor of video content, Multicom Entertainment Group just released two "Over The Top" streaming Roku TV channels. And with apps released to more platforms to follow later on in 2019.
Multicom has gotten together with dotstudioPRO and Universal Search and Discovery USAND. And are now offering two Roku channels: TheArchive and The Grapevine on the Roku media streaming platform.
Together both these Roku channels offer a large library of Featured Films, Special Presentations, and Television Series which altogether contain 6,000+ hours of TV programming.
For seven years Multicom has been building and growing their movie and TV show archive by partnering with dotstudioPRO and USAND. They are now in a position to offer their own branded channels on Roku.
These channels will be supplemented with rich metadata from Universal Search and Discovery and this will let cord-cutters find and access all of Multicom’s content across the Roku Platform using easy search terms.
This is one way the company plans to grow its audience. By making it easy to find their content from the thousands of other Roku Channels competing for television viewers limited viewing time.
CEO Joe Pascual - dot studioPRO
“At Multicom, we strive to be at the forefront of technology and digital distribution,” said Multicom president Darrin Holender. With our deep library of premium content, dotstudioPRO was able to provide us with innovative technological solutions to expand our distribution directly to the consumer.”
“We built dotstudioPRO with clients like Multicom in mind,”
“OTT distribution is rapidly maturing and content providers who understand how to leverage the current landscape will be the media giants of tomorrow. We are equally excited to strengthen dotstudioPRO's search and indexing capabilities through our partnership with USAND. Now, TheArchive and TheGrapevine titles and meta data are searchable directly against other popular distribution platforms within each device ecosystem. This puts Multicom in the driver's seat regardless of whether a viewer chooses to consume their content on third-party platforms or within their owned-and-operated apps.”
