Watch a long list of great on demand content from the Brown Sugar Roku Channel
Katz Broadcasting launched a Streaming Service like Netflix except "more blacker". Their streaming service was launched especially to target African-American Roku Audiences with content they can personally relate to.
Brown Sugar will cost $3.99 a month and you can stream to up to three devices at the same time according to their FAQ. Their channel will feature classics from the 70's like "Shaft" and "Foxy Brown" along with a large variety of content they have available. At some point, they plan on adding original programming of their own and currently have over 300 movies available to stream.
Besides Roku, Brown Sugar is also available on iOS, Android, Chromecast and Kindle Fire Tablets.
