Step 1. On your phone open the settings menu. If on Android you may need to scroll down to Apps/All Apps to find the Roku Remote app.
Step 2. Once you have found the app and opened its settings menu. Look for Battery Optimization.
Step 3. Turn OFF Battery Optimization.
