What is the Peloton Exercise App?

During this time of social distancing and Fitness Center closures. The Peloton Roku Channel and workout app is like having your own personal fitness instructor right on your TV screen. It walks you through and encourages you to get the optimal workout every time.

It works with various exercise routines from stretching, Yoga, strength training, cycling or treadmill. So there is no shortage, or what you can no easily accomplish right from your living room or den while safely isolating at home.

They even have their own exercise equipment line that works optimally with their app like their awesome Gen 3 Peloton Bike and excellent Peloton Treadmill.

Here's How the Peloton App Works on Roku

Download the Peloton app to your Roku here. Or search for it directly on your Roku.

Once it's installed you will need to log in with either your Pelton account if you own a bike or tread.

Memberships cost $39/month and the entire family can join and use the equipment. A Peloton Bike or Peloton Treadmill is required for this membership.

Otherwise, if you don't own Peloton equipment you can sign-up for an individual single user membership for $12.99/month which offers studio and outdoor running classes. Once signed-in it allows live and on-demand streaming of classes directly on your Roku with their app.

They also offer great meditation, stretching, cardio workouts as well. And you get to try their app on Roku free for 30/days to see if it's something you will use. So it won't cost a single penny if it never gets used.

It seems like many things have changed this last year, and while we may not be able to gather in large numbers at the local fitness, center, yoga studio to gym. This does not mean you need to let your fitness goals go by the wayside.
