New Enhanced Parental Controls on The Roku Channel
Roku added extra PIN-based playback controls to The Roku Channel. This can help parents to create "access limits" to content their kids watch based on maturity ratings.
Once a PIN number has been set, each time a video comes on which exceeds the user defined content rating, the PIN must be first entered for the video to play on The Roku Channel.
The Roku Channel itself is free so there are no additional monthly fees.
