Right now they offer two different plans, either $14 Per GB plan, or an unlimited plan which costs $45/month. If you only use very little data, their lower cost plan can save you a lot of money every month on your cell phone bill.

If you are a power user, then the unlimited plan makes a lot of sense. Many other mobile cell phone providers charge overage fees if you go over their plan limit on data which is usually 3 to 6 GB depending on the plan you have. After you've downloaded the iOS or Android Spectrum app, just click the account tab and download the secure profile. This will let you sign onto any Spectrum WiFi hotspot faster and automatically after you sign in the first time with your Charter password and user ID.

Once the profiles have been installed, anytime you see a Spectrum WiFi hotspot with a lock choose it as it is password protected and more secure. Your app will sign you in automatically so you don't need to enter a username and password each time.
