The Fire TV Stick is crazy popular for several reasons.

The number one reason most people choose to buy a Fire TV stick is for an inexpensive way to use Kodi.

This low-cost media streamer can often be found for $40 or less.

Cord-cutters that own a Roku often seem to own a Fire TV Stick as well.

These small media streamers seem to fly off the shelves on a regular basis.

Even though apps like Kodi are not in the Amazon store, many people are sideloading this app onto Fire TV Sticks along with other Android apps as well that offer them more viewing choices than what they would get on their Roku alone.

As a media streamer, there are much more powerful options available.
