This is How to delete Roku channels from Current Model Roku Players:

On your Roku, use your remote and go to the home screen and choose the "Channel Store" icon.
Then with your Roku remote, click the up or down arrow buttons and go to the "My Channels" category at the top. This will bring up a list of all the Roku channels that are installed on your Roku.
Now use the remote to select and highlight (but don't enter) the channel you want to remove. From the menu, Select "remove channel."
You will be asked to confirm that you wish to remove the channel, Select "yes". The channel will be deleted.

Here is how to delete a channel from your Roku home screen using the Roku Instant Replay (12-button) remote control.

With older Roku models it was a little less intuitive. You need to use your remote to access a hidden menu.

Highlight the channel you wish to delete.
Press the options (“*”) button on your remote control.
Choose “Remove channel” from the options menu.
You will be asked once again to confirm.
Click remove channel one more time and the channel will be deleted and gone.
