    DirecTV just recently brought back their free Apple TV offer. DirecTV Now will give you a 4th generation Apple TV free if you pre-pay $35/month for three months in advance. So this would then cost you a total of $105 for an Apple media streamer that normally sells for closer to $149.

    Pay for 3 months of DIRECTV NOW and get a Free Apple TV for as long as they last. Apple TV offer is only available for new customers who purchase the DIRECTV NOW service at an AT&T Retail, Authorized Retail or through an AT&T Call center. Not available online at their website.


    The word on the street is Apple is about to release a new 4K HDR model. The current Apple TV model that you get is only able to play 1080p content.

    You would still get the same 60 channel package which must be paid for 3 months in advanced instead of only two with the Roku offer.

    If you would rather have a 4K media streamer, then spring for the Roku Premiere deal. This will give you 4K but no HDR.
